What do you want the audience to take away from the film?
You should never take advantage of your life because you never know what someone else is going through.
Why are opportunities like Film Prize Junior important to students like you?
I think opportunities are important to students because it gives us a sense of reality and puts us under pressure, relying on the people in our production crew.
Which scene did you have an absolute blast filming and why?
The best scene to film was the date scene, Sebastian was in women’s clothes and people were looking at us like we were crazy.
What obstacles challenged you and your crew the most when completing this film? What did you learn from making this short film?
The biggest obstacle we had was me, Karlee, breaking my arm a few days before production. Another major issue was scheduling and finding a way and time for us to film.
What advice would you give to future participants in Film Prize Junior?
Take your time, give yourself plenty of time to edit and fix errors that may come up.
