• Teacher Producers will use the Portal to submit Project Proposals, and to submit Press Kits and Final Films.
• Once a film project is created in the portal, the information can be saved and returned to later.
• To create and enter information about each film project, click the “Edit” button on the right hand side of the project’s row. You will name your project here.
• To create additional projects, click the “+ Create New Project” button in the top lefthand side of your dashboard.
• After completing any section in the portal , click the save button at the bottom of the page. Then, scroll back to the top and click on the next section to continue.

Project Proposals must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026
Students graduating or finishing class in December 2025 should submit by November 17, 2025 to allow time for concept approval, feedback, and filming.

Final Films and Press Kits must be submitted by March 18, 2026 at 11:59PM
