What do you want the audience to take away from the film?
We want the audience to enjoy the film as well as appreciate the hard work that goes int filming and editing he film as middle schoolers.
Why are opportunities like Film Prize Junior important to students like you?
Opportunities like Film Prize Junior are so important because these experiences help young students learn about a world that they are not usually introduced to.
Which scene did you have an absolute blast filming and why?
The videographer, Bella had a lot of fun filming Scene 4 when Mia meets the Ghost, but Jade and Aleena did not love being stuck in a bush for several shots.
What obstacles challenged you and your crew the most when completing this film? What did you learn from making this short film?
The obstacles that challenged our crew was backyard noise in an exterior location was the most difficult for us. We learned to pay attention to all aspects pf the scene including background noise while filming.
What advice would you give to future participants in Film Prize Junior?
The advice I would give future participants in Film Prize Junior is to really use volume and clarity to your advantage and plan properly.
