When Harmony stumbles upon a golden rose in the school garden her life is turned upside down. She was once the least popular girl in school, but when given the choice, maybe the grass isn’t always greener on the other side.

What do you want the audience to take away from the film?
The message that our audience should take away after watching our short film is to be your true self.
Why are opportunities like Film Prize Junior important to students like you?
This is important because my work is going out to a big company and that means a lot for my acting career and how far I have gone from completely hating acting to loving the actual idea of filming a real live movie.
Which scene did you have an absolute blast filming and why?
I had an absolute blast filming the garden scene though it was the most work. I got to experience the outdoors and the bird eye view is on point.
What obstacles challenged you and your crew the most when completing this film? What did you learn from making this short film?
TIME IS A construct and we have barely any time when it comes down to this. We have struggled mainly with time and sometimes our actors can go a little overboard and I believe sometimes delay is my fault. Also when filming a home scene it is hard to communicate with the actors the time they need to turn it in and when and where they should do it.
What advice would you give to future participants in Film Prize Junior?
Manage time is really all I have to say and make sure to have a decent set of actors and make sure they know lines and can be there on time. Any time because again time is a construct and not to be wasted as soon as you get the script starting sending it out to the actors!
